Cancellation Policy

As many places do, WE do not charge a deposit to make an appointment. However, we ask that you respect our time & kindly let us know if you are unable to keep your appointment, at least 24 hours before your appointment. This will enable us to possibly fill your spot.

If you cancel within the 24 hour window and we are unable to fill your spot, you will be subjected to a (non-refundable) deposit to schedule again in the future. (Which can be used towards your appointment when you come)

If you simply do not show up, all future appointments will be subjected to a (non-refundable) full prepayment to secure the appointment.
