As many places do, WE do not charge a deposit to make an appointment. However, we ask that you respect our time & kindly let us know if you are unable to keep your appointment, at least 24 hours before your appointment. This will enable us to possibly fill your spot.
If you cancel or reschedule within the 24 hour window and we are unable to fill your appointment, you are required to pay 50% of the missed appointment OR give a (non-refundable) deposit to schedule again on all future appointments. (Which may be applied to your appointment when you come in). If it’s a first appointment and you are using a gift certificate, 50% of that missed, canceled or rescheduled appointment will be deducted from your gift certificate amount.
For a no call/no show, all future appointments will be subjected to a (non-refundable) full prepayment to secure the appointment.
